RPET stands for Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test. RPET is the state-level entrance examination being conducted for admission to first year of undergraduate programmes leading to Bachelor’s degree in different disciplines of Engineering (B.Tech. / B.E.) in various Govt. aided and Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed & Private Universities) for the session.

RPET is being conducted by Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan (BTER), Jodhpur.

ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM: Date of commencement for filling of the online application: Mid March Date of closure for filling of the online application Second Week of April

Admissions are routed through the RPET/AIEEE system and under the existing norms.

15% seats of AIEEE candidates are filled in before RPET counseling for outside states by Directorate of technical Education, Jodhpur on behalf of RTU, Kota. Kindly refer www.techedu.rajasthan.gov.in

The merit list is prepared by the Coordinator, RPETEAP on the basis of the marks secured in RPET examination

Counselling is conducted for students to help them select the branch of study of their choice.

The Candidates must fill their choices in the option form carefully without any overwriting/cutting, as the option form will be processed through computer. The candidate must fill the numeric codes of the Institute and branches.
