You need the following: Well groomed look with pleasing personality; age below 25 years; graduation in any discipline (even higher secondary will do for a few airlines and a diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Tourism Management is preferred by a few airlines); at least 155 cm height with proportionate weight; normal vision (contact lenses are allowed up to a certain limit); capacity to be on your feet for long hours; a well-modulated voice; a friendly and outgoing personality; patience and an attitude to help people. Prior experience in hotels or in the tourism industry may help and of course, you have to be single. Knowledge of one foreign language other than English and Hindi as well as other regional languages may also help. Once you are selected, you will be trained by the airline itself.
