YoungBuzz Counselor - Dear Thanuja,

Being an average student doesn't limit you to pursue a career of your choice. In fact, most of the people who are successful in life have been average students with a positive attitude, a strong will and were ready to put in a lot of hard work. I think you first need to understand what you would enjoy doing for a profession because software testing, training / teaching and HR are varied fields. I'm sure once you identify this you'll be able to decide on which profile you should focus on. I would suggest that you should take a career test which will help you to understand your interest, i.e. what you would really love doing, and whether you have the abilities to pursue it or no - and if no, how you can work on those abilities, and whether you would like working in that environment. To take a career test, kindly log on to http://www.youngbuzz.com/career-assessment/role-assessment-career-counselling. Or contact our career counselors at 022 2490 3015/17/19 (Mumbai), 080-41134534 (Bangalore) or 011 - 24671240/41 (Delhi).

All the best for your bright future.
