YoungBuzz Studyabroad Counselor - Dear Amandeep, not all Universities in Germany will offer you a free tuition waiver. But there are some Universities wherein you haven't to pay any tuition fees, what you need to pay is just the living expenses. There is a procedure that you need to follow: 1). you need to first finalize your Universities and then apply to these Universities filling up the applications forms and by sending them your application materials such has your Marsheets, Transcripts, Recommendation Letters, SOP, Resume, Extra curricular certificates etc. Ones the Universities receive your documents they will then revert back and let you know about your admission, you can then apply to the final University that you have shortlisted.
