YoungBuzz Counselor - Dear Manan,

Congratulations on successfully completing your Batchelor program. In order to become a banker you can either do an MBA in Finance and start of as a probationary officer in the a bank .however you may also join the bank as an executive and clear the bank exams to become eligible for promotion. The common written exams for banks are also conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) across India. Once the exam results are out the banks announce vacancies for which one is eligible to apply. I am also sending you a link that will be further helpful for you
