YoungBuzz Counselor - HI Aditi. After completion of the course, you would have acquired the necessary competence to work with banks, Insurance companies and financial institutions. It has also been estimated that more than 6 lacs professional will be added in next 5-6 years in financial sectors; thereby creating a gap which can be filled by newly graduated students.
After Completion of the course you will need to pursue a Masters Degree related to your area of interest for better opportunities.
You can consider options like MBA, M.com, PG courses in finance.

Nevertheless, to be eligible for bank recruitment examination, the candidate must be an Indian citizen within the age limit of 21 to 30 years as on the date of joining. Age relaxation is also provided to reserved catagory candidates.

Educational Eligibility: The candidate must have a bachelor degree in any of the stream with atleast 60% aggregate marks.

Now days, all the leading commercial banks jointly conduct Common Written Examination (CWE) for various posts in banking sector including PO. Upcoming CWE is going to conduct in the month of January 2012.
