YoungBuzz Counselor - Dear Abudakar,
If you have completed your diploma in engineering you do not have to give any entrance exam to secure a seat in BE . However what will be considered is your aggregate percentage of all the three years of your diploma.once your aggregate percentage is calculated if you are well within the cut off that college then you will be given an admission in the second year of BE.Your domicile certificate is required to give the state entrance exam .there one can take admission in any college in any of the states in India whether or not they are a domicile of tha particular state.
I wish you all the best .
