YoungBuzz Counselor - Hi Ankur,

If you are interested in working at managerial level positions in Construction companies then you should go for Construction Management courses. You will be involve in planning, design, controlling and coordinating the activities for the projects. National Institute of Construction Management & Research offers executive and part-time courses in this field. Usually, people from the civil engineering and architecture background opt for this course.
A course in project management on the other hand will help in improving project performance and organization's effectiveness.
International Institute of Project Management, University of Hyderabad, National Institute of Business Management, IIL India are some of the institutes in India that provide courses in the above mentioned field.

Both these fields are upcoming fields and offer good job prospects. Based on your interest you can choose either of these two.

Hope this helps.
Please get back to us with your feedback and additional queries.
Wish you all the best!
