YoungBuzz Counselor - Hi Raghvendra. It means that you will be able to finish you engineering by 2013. With so much of competition around only bachelors would not be sufficient to get better career opportunities.
Hence, you will have to team it up with a post graduation. A PG will make you a specialist and will increase your chances of fetching lucrative opportunities.
You can consider options like taking up a masters (M.E/M.tech) immediately after your bachelors and then going in for job. Alternatively you can consider taking up MBA which will add a business perspective to your knowledge of engineering.
Or there are students who take up a job after bachelors which gives them a feel of the industry and helps them decide on the further course of actions.
Theres yet another option of going abroad for further studies.
The decision to choose one amongst this depends on what is your interest and how much are you you prepared-mentally and financially.
Do give a though to these and feel free to write back to us for further queries.
We will be glad to help you.
All the best, Raghvendra!
