I 'm a BE(electronics) from REC. I want to do a M. Sc. course in IT. Which college will be best to do? Should I apply in IIIT Pune (It is accepting JMET score & I have qualified in JMET this year). For doing an M. Sc. course will I able to get a loan from any Bank, if yes then collate is essential or not.
