Wireless application technologies are covered as part of the curriculum in M. Tech/ M. E in Electronics and Telecommunication or Telecommunication Engineering. You can get admission to the course after B. E and after qualifying the GATE examination. You can check out the M. Tech curriculum of the following institutions:

M. Tech courses are for 1 and years duration and if you qualify in the GATE examination, you will be paid a stipend of about Rs 3000 a month. Most of the institutes do not consider candidates who are not qualified in GATE. But some institutions take non-GATE candidates based on admission test or interview performance. If you are a non-GATE candidate, you will have to spend about Rs 1, 50,000 for the entire course including all your expenses.
