There are a number of routes to get into this field. The best one being to complete an MBA / equivalent courses with specialization in Human Resources Development or Personnel Management. Since you are still pursuing your bachelors degree, try and spealize in Psychology. This will help you in the long way of understanding the human mind. After graduation you can pursue an MBA or MA/ M. Sc. in Industrial Psychology or PG Diploma in Guidance and Counseling.
