created: 22nd Mar 2017 Last Modified: 22nd Mar 2017If you have had mathematics as one of your subjects at the 10+2 level or graduation, you can pursue a MCA (Masters of Computer Applications) or a Masters in Information Technology and then secure a job in a software development firm. However IGNOU (http://www.ignou.ac.in/) offers you the chance to do an MCA even though you havent studied maths at 10+2 level. The only condition being you are required to complete a CS-60 in the first semester of MCA programme. The second route would be to complete DOEACC A and B level courses after your graduation. A third route would be to pursue an MBA (with a specialization in Systems or IT) OR pursue a MCM course (Masters of Computer Management) or a Postgraduate diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). You can also pursue certifications like MCSE/MCSD etc.
