There are some call centers, which require you to have only a 10+2 qualifications but majority of the centers require you to have at least a graduation in any subject. So, it would be wise for you if you start looking for a job in call centers after you complete graduation. Apart from graduation, you need to have an excellent communication skill in English and computer proficiency. You may not have to have an expert knowledge in computer but you should be able to use computer with at ease.
