Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary/Pre degree Examination from the Universities in Kerala with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as Optional subjects or any other examination recognised by the University of Kerala as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission, to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy course provided that they have an aggregate of 50 % marks in Optional subjects. Relaxation of 10 % marks will be allowed to candidates of SC/ST and 5 % marks to candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Communities referred to in G.O (P) 208/6/Ed. Dated 2-5-1996 and subsequent amendments provided that their annual family income is up to Rs.2,50,000.

The candidates shall also satisfy the conditions regarding physical fitness as may be prescribed by the University

Selection Criteria The seats available are mainly categorized as Government seats and management seats. The Commissioner of Entrance Examination or Director of Medical Education, Government of Kerala makes admissions to the Government seats. Selection to the Management seats is made by the Management.

The fee structure for all the categories of seats is as prescribed by the Government of Kerala from time to time.
