Admission Process
How to Apply Applications for admission should be made in the prescribed form to reach the College on or before the last date specified below. A self-addressed stamped post card should be enclosed with the application form so that the receipt of the application can be acknowledged.
Prospectus and prescribed application forms are at the College office on remittance of Rs.300/- by cash or DD for Rs.350/- favouring CBM College payable at Coimbatore. For application and prospectus to be sent by post, please enclose a duly stamped(Rs.10.00)self-addressed envelope of size 23 cms x 15 cms. Please quote the reference number of the application in all the subsequent correspondence
Candidates should Attach:
Xerox copies of the mark sheets issued after each appearance in the examinations, even if a consolidated statement of marks is attached. Two passport size size photographs. Photostat copy of the degree or provisional degree certificate. A certificate from the Principal of the College attended for having undergone the prescribed degree course. Other particulars as may be required by the College. Admission
A selection list will be prepared after the interview and selected candidates will receive communication from the College. Candidates selected will be provisionally admitted on payment of the prescribed fees.
All original certificates should be filed at the time of admission including provisional degree certificate. Fees once paid will not be refunded on any account.
Admissions normally begin from the month of May and classes start in the middle of July.
Admissions are subject to University approval. The College has to follow the rules and regulations of the Bharathiar University governing admissions. The applicants are advised to ascertain the salient features of the latest regulations from the Bharathiar University in their own interest. The College will not be responsible for hardships caused by changes made/to be introduced in the regulations concerning admissions by the Bharathiar University.
