MA in Mass CommunicationFull Time Course
It is 2-year master’s degree program. The course includes print and broadcast journalism, videography, television & radio program productions, web media, advertising, PR etc. Students who hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline can opt for this course. However, for some institutes, the course is eligible for those students who opted for communication and journalism in their bachelor’s degree course.
Bachelor degree with journalism as one of the subjects.
Selection based on Admission Test.
Admission commences immediately after the publication of the results of the relevant examination of the West Bengal Higher Secondary Council. All applications for admission are to be made in the Prescribed Forms available from the College Office as well as from the website. The Admission Forms, duly completed, should be submitted to the College Office with the following documents :
Mark sheet of the Last Examination (One Xerox Copy) Admit Card of Secondary Examination (One Xerox Copy) One recent stamp size photograph One Xerox Copy of S.C./S.T. Certificate (for S.C./S.T. Students)
- from appropriate authorities. A letter from the legal guardian appointing a local guardian when the student does not live with the legal guardian.
