Eligibility
A pass in the Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or examinations considered equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. For admission to B.Arch course a pass in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is also essential.
Admission Process

Selection
Selection of candidates will be made by the Director of Technical Education
A rank list based on an index mark will be prepared and published at the Directorate and in the Institutions.
The index mark is calculated as the sum of the percentage marks obtained in the final year Diploma Examination and marks for the qualifying period of experience calculated as two marks per year. Maximum Marks awarded towards experience will be limited to 20. The date of issue of final year mark list will be considered for counting the qualifying experience.
In the case of those who have passed diploma in supplementary examination, minimum pass marks in the subject for which he / she had failed will be considered for arriving at the total marks.
In the case of tie in the index marks, candidates having higher age will be given preference.
