Admission is normally through ‘GATE’ and such candidates are eligible for the award of Government of India scholarship of Rs. 5000/- per month.

a) The Principal, College will do selection of candidates. A rank list based on index mark will be prepared and published at College of Engineering, Trivandrum.

b) The index mark is calculated as the sum of the percentage marks obtained in all semesters of B.Tech. examination and two marks per year of qualifying experience.

c) The date of issue of final semester mark list will be considered for counting the qualifying experience.

d) No marks will be given for experience below six months.

e) The maximum marks awarded towards experience will be limited to 20.

f) In the case of tie in the index marks, candidates having higher age will be given preference.

g) The candidates who obtain admission and discontinued studies after the closing of admission in the same year or in subsequent years are liable to pay the tuition fee and special fee for the remaining period of the course as liquidated damages. Candidates who are transferred from one institution to another are exempted from payment of liquidated damages. Following are the courses offered.
