INSTRUCTIONS & PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

1. The candidates should download the Information Brochure and read all the instructions carefully.

2. Candidates can apply online if they have access to computer, printer and Internet by logging on to OJEE Website www.ojee.nic.in or www.odishajee.com. The site has been designed in a user friendly way to help candidates to apply Online in a step by step fashion. Online application portal will be opened from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. and receipt of filled in application along with Bank Draft at JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, 751030.

3. The Examination fee for entrance test is Rs.550/- (Rupees Five hundred fifty only). Candidate can only make payment through account payee bank draft in favour of OJEE payable at Bhubaneswar from any designated Bank. www.ojee.nic.in

4.The candidate has to Log-on to OJEE Website i.e. www.ojee.nic.in or www.odishajee.com for online application form fill up.

5.Before proceeding for filling up on-line application form, the candidate should have made Rs.550/- (Rupees Five hundred fifty only) account payee bank draft in favour of OJEE payable at Bhubaneswar from any designated Bank. The candidate as well as the parents should read this information brochure carefully before filling up the On-line application form.

6. First the candidate has to go to menu item “Apply-On-Line”.

7. Than the candidate has to Enter Name, Parent/Guardian Name, Date of Birth, User-ID and Password. At least one letter and one numeric value must be included in your Password (e.g. maniska123). Note down the User-ID and Password for future reference

8. There are two simple steps to Apply Online

Step 1: Fill the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application Number. Take a printout of filled Application Form along with Application Number.

Step 2:Make payment of fee by account payee bank draft of Rs.550/- (Rupees Five hundred fifty only) in favour of OJEE-2012 payable at Bhubaneswar from any designated Bank.

Steps to be followed for payment of Application Fee

• Logon to the OJEE website, fill the Application Form online including details of bank draft.
• Take a printout of filled Application Form along with Application Number.
• Paste the photograph at the appropriate box. Keep four more copies similar photographs for future use.
• Put your full signature and get the full signature of your parent / guardian in the appropriate boxes.

• Write the address on an A4 sized envelope, put the Application Form without folding it and Bank Draft (Write your name, application number and course applied for on the back side of the bank draft), seal the envelope securely and send it by REGISTERED / SPEED POST / COURIER SERVICE to Chairman, OJEE, JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, 751030. (keep the postal receipt for future reference) so as to reach on or before 5.00 pm of the last date of submission.

• This completes your On-line application process.

• Candidate can apply offline also.
