BHMCT in Hotel Management and Catering TechnologyFull Time Course
It is a 4-year bachelor’s degree course and 12th Std. passed students in any stream can opt for this course. The main subjects in this course are Food Production & Patisserie, House Keeping Operations, Food Science and Nutrition, Hotel Engineering, Hotel Law etc.
Admission Procedure Duly filled in application form will be accepted until a preset date. An enterance exam will be followed by a group discussion or extempore after which shortlist of students for personal interviews would be put up. Admission will be granted on successful completion of interviews
Selection Criteria Academic performance, personality, participation in sports and extra-curricular, performance in enterance test, group discussion and other acce[table qualities required for a long standing career in the industry.
