Admission Process
To fill last date of admission :- Except for Transfer cases, Admission may be given by Principal himself up to 25 June and chancellor permission upto 30 June in semester system and 31st July in annual exam. If the results are declared late than the last date of Admission will be upto 10 days from the receipt of mark sheets at college or until 15 days from the declaration of result by University or Board, which ever is earlier.
Last date of Admission for students who have passed after revaluation results are declared :- Admission may be given by Vice-Chancellor's permission till 15 days from the declaration of revaluation results.
Admission of UG/PG in Ist year :- A student who have passed (10+2) Exam are eligible for regular admission in Ist year but Commerce and Arts faculty applicants can not opt Science subjects where as Science Groups students are permitted to take Commerce or Arts subjects. 10+2 means Exam organized by M.P. Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal or affiliated to related University of other State equivalent to intermediate Board Examination.
For Private students : - Private students with science and other practical subjects and Ex-student of college are permitted by Principal till 30th November to do practical work only, after paying due fees.
Age limit in Admission : - Age limit for UG student is up to 22 years and 27 years for PG students, as on Ist July. There is no upper age limitation for female candidate. For SC, ST, OBC & handicap students relaxation of the upper age limit is 3 years. The Maximum age limit for disable is 30 years for UG and 35 years for PG classes.
Documents required for the admission
A student is required to submit the following documents along with the admission form :-
Attested photocopies of Mark Sheets of X, XII and qualifying examination. Original School leaving Certificate for 1st year student only. Migration Certificate if needed. Income Certificate of both parents. Caste Certificate (for reserved category) Other certificate to show the candidate's proficiency in sports or cultural activities. 4 passport sized photographs. 3 self addressed, stamped envelops.
