Admission Process
STEP - I Application Form Obtain a prescribed Application Form and Information Brochure from the Office of College by making payment of Rs. 500/- in cash or by Bank Draft of Rs. 550/- drawn in favour of "College Name" payable at Indore. Fill in the form completely and send it with enclosures to Director. Alternatively, you can download the Application Format given at Website. Send this application dully filled along with enclosures and Bank Draft of Rs. 550/-.
STEP - II Enclosures Along with your application form send the following documents: For Admission in All Under Graduate Course
- Two (02) Attested copies of Class XII/Graduation Mark Sheet
- One (01) Attested copies of Class X Mark Sheet
- Demand Draft in favor of M.B. Khalsa College amounting to the First Installment of Fees.
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC) / College Leaving Certificate (CLC)
- SC/ST/OBC Freedom Fighter/Physically Handicapped certificate as the case may be. Certificate from competent authority only.
- Student passing qualifying examination other than from MP board or Devi Ahilya Vishwavidhyalaya should produce Eligibility Certificate from Devi Ahilya vishwavidhyalaya, Indore and Migration Certificate from the previous University /Board.
- Character Certificate from the principal of previous college / school.
- Two self-addressed stamped envelopes (5?x8?)
- Two passport size color photographs
STEP - III Sending of Application The completed application along with enclosures should be sent by Registered Post or Courier or delivered personally before the last date of application
STEP - IV Deposit of Tuition Fee etc After scrutiny of the application, if you are found eligible for admission, a letter of intimation will be sent to you informing about the Total Fee to be deposited by you up to a particular date and the documents. All admissions are done on first-come-first served basis. Hence, send your application and fee at your earliest to ensure admission. Cheques are not accepted against fee.
STEP - V Confirmation of Admission As soon as your fee and documents are received in VSOM Office a letter of confirmation will be sent to you along with the Receipt for DD, information about start of Classes and Transportation Facility etc. Start attending the classes as per Time Table. Fine will impose in case of absenteeism.
