Candidates who are in the final year of their qualifying examination can be considered for admission only if they complete all the requirements of their final examination before the registration date.

Applications incomplete in any respect shall be rejected.

Please fill all the fields in the form with specific and valid data.

You must upload your photo in JPG format with a maximum size of 600×600 pixels.

Upload the scaned copies of the relevant documents/certificates with the form.

The documents/certificates must be in PDF or JPG image format (No other formats are acceptable).

The maximum upload size per file is 800KB.

After submitting the form you will get your application form number, using which you can check your status.

You must PRINT the application form using the link appeared after submitting the form.

You can view your status using the application form number provided.

The hardcopy of application form with necessary enclosures should be signed and submitted to below mentioned address along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- for General/OBC, Rs. 250/- for SC/ST drawn in favour of "IIT Bhubaneswar" on any nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar.

Women candidates are exempted from the payment of application fees.

Please superscribe "Application for Admission to Ph.D. programme in the School of __" on the top of the envelope.

Candidates applying for more than one School should submit a separate application for each School. The Institute reserves the right to call a limited number of candidates for written test or/ and interview.

Incomplete applications/without relevant supporting documents/ without prescribed Demand Draft/applications not on prescribed form will be out rightly rejected and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
