For admission in MBA/ MCA courses, students must appear in MAT / Pre MCA national level examination conducted through DTE Govt. of MP, all other rules for admission will be implemented as per government norms.

For admission to MBA courses , UR candidates must possess graduation degree from any recognized university by UGC with Min. 50 % marks. OBC/SC/ST candidates must qualify as per govt. norms

For admission to MCA, Candidates must have Mathematics as a compulsory, or as an additional subject at either Higher Secondary (10+2) or at graduation level. Candidates with Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A.) degree of minimum three years duration are also eligible for admission.

Online admission counseling process will involve the following eight steps through their respective allotted Kiosk center :

Document verification

for reserved category(ST/SC/OBC) , JK(Migrant/Resident) and all Handicapped at Help Center identified by Competent Counseling Authority].

Online Registration and Payment of Registration Fee.

Online Choice Filling and part payment of Tuition Fee.

Online Allotment.

Printing of Provisional Letter of Allotment.

Reporting and Document Verification (Mark-sheets, Domicile if applicable) at Allotted Institutions for seeking admission.

Second Round of Counseling (If seat remains vacant).

Remaining seats, after counseling on the basis of Pre-MCA test, shall be filled on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
