Shall have passed 12thexamination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate at (40% in case of reserved category) Every Candidate admitted to the Degree Course in the Constituent/affiliated college/recognized institution, conducting the course, shall have to register himself/herself with the University.
Basis of Merit List
The admission to the undergraduate classes shall be according to the rules and regulations of the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and the State.
The original Transfer Certificate of the last educational institution attended is essential for admission. The Certificate will not be returned once admitted to the college.
There will be no admission on the basis of the Duplicate Transfer Certificate.
The original Mark List of the last examination along with its attested copy is essential for admission.
The fees once paid will not be refunded to the student who cancels his admission or leaves the college for another one after his/her admission.
Mere registration of Application form does not guarantee admission to the college.
The faculty or medium once admitted to cannot be changed.
Students from states other than Maharashtra shall have to furnish eligibility certificate of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University at the time of admission to the college. He/she also has to submit Migration Certificate on or before 15th September, 2012.
The applicant shall paste one passport size photograph on the Application Form and shall submit one for I-Card.
As per UGC norms, the sports persons shall be given preference in admission.
The admission has to pay the amount due to him at the time of admission. His/her admission can be cancelled if he/she does not attend the college on the opening day or delays payment due to him on the same day without seeking the Principal’s permission.
The last date of admission to the college shall be according to the date fixed by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
The admission of the provisionally admitted student will be cancelled if he/she does not submit the necessary documents within the stipulated period. This will be according to the rules of the University and the college does not bear any responsibility for the cancellation of admission in such case.
The decision of the Principal of the college with regard to the admission shall remain final.
