Those who completed graduation in law can pursue LLM and the duration of this degree program is 2 years. Subjects included in this course are Constitutional Law, Family Law, Taxation Law, Human Rights, Criminal Law etc.

The Indian Law Institute is a Deemed University vide Government of India Notification No. F.9-9/2001-U.3 dated 29th October, 2004.
The Common Admission Test (CAT) for admission to LL.M. programmes
Bulletin of Information/Prospectus containing Application Form (Price Rs. 250/-) can be purchased from the Institute on all working days between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. Bulletin of information can also be obtained by POST from the Institute on payment of Rs. 310/- in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of 'Indian Law Institute' payable at New Delhi alongwith a self addressed envelop of 24 X 30 cms. size.
