Course Name: MBBS

Course Duration: 4.5 years followed by compulsory rotating internship training period of one year.

Requirements: Candidate must have passed one of the following qualifying examinations in the FIRST ATTEMPT with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology Taken simultaneously and securing NOT LESS THAN 60% of the aggregate marks in these 3 science subjects taken together and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects. They must have also passed an examination of Mathematics of 10th standard

Mode of Selection: Written exam and Interview.

The written examination comes in the following pattern:

2 hours duration total marks: 200

4 parts -

Part Subject Total marks

1 Biology (zoology and botany) 50

2 Chemistry 50

3 Physics 50

4.a) Intelligence, Logic and reasoning 25

4.b) English Language & comprehension 25

For every RIGHT ANSWER, a credit of 1 mark is given BUT

For every WRONG ANSWER, 0.25 marks are deducted (Negative marking)

Interview: On the basis of the merit, selected candidates are called for an interview.

Seats for admission: Total: 130 (105 boys and 25girls)

Reservation: 10 seats of 130 are reserved for candidates belonging to SC/ST subject to various provisions.
