Yes you can pursue Interior designing even if you are form the commerce stream.

Yes, of course, it's not actually bad for an artist studying commerce. Many successful artists are good businessmen, so you have to develop your thinking in all spheres possible. Moreover, you certainly won't be hungry, as you could still work at this sphere if you would have some time to push your art to masses.
