Very few IT companies offer jobs to a graduate with a diploma in computer. However, you can get a job in a small company if you have a diploma in computer. As you are a B. Com graduate, the best course for you would be an MCA/ DOEACC 'B' level course which is equivalent to MCA.

Getting an educational loan is also easier for you if you are enrolled in a good degree course. For computer diploma courses, you may not get a loan. Almost all nationalised and private banks offer educational loan. For loans below Rs 25000, you don't need any collateral.
