I am currently doing my S Y B Com from Nashik. I need to know about the BBA and BBM courses. Which University offers this course? Can I do these courses after I finish my graduation or do I need to apply now itself? Also which is the better one between BBA and BBM? Please do help me.

There is no difference between BBA and BBM as both of them are graduate management courses offered by Indian Universities. BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BBM stands for Bachelor of Business Management. So there is also no question of one of them being better than the other. Eligibility for both of these courses is a pass in HSC or Higher secondary examination.

As you are already in the second year studies of your graduation, in our opinion, it does not really make sense to forego the B Com and start afresh in another graduation course. Graduate management courses lead you to a career in Management. You can get entry level management jobs in corporate organisation after BBA or BBM. However, in the profession of management, the best qualification would be an MMS or MBA or an equivalent post graduate course in management. These post graduate courses are almost compulsory to make progress in a career in management.

Minimum eligibility for the post graduate courses in management is a graduation in any subject. Moreover, most of the leading institutions offering these courses ask for at least 50% marks in aggregate in graduation examination.

So, in our opinion, instead of wasting 2 years of graduation, complete your B Com with good marks and then do a post graduate course in management if you are interested to make a career in Management.
