I completed my MBA before last year. Now I want to do LLB from any AICTE recognised Open University. Is it possible or not? If so, please give the corresponding AICTE approved universities list.

First of all, LLB is not a technical course and so AICTE does not recognize any such course. Secondly, LLB cannot be done from any Open University. LLB courses are either 5 years full time (called BA LLB or B. Sc. LLB) or 3 years full time (called LLB) degree courses. However, you can opt for courses like Bachelor of General Law, Bachelor of Academic Law and Bachelor of Law. There courses are not equivalent to LLB but can be good as an additional qualification to your MBA.

Some of the Universities which offer these courses in Law:

Directorate of Distance Education

Annamalai University

Annamalainagar 608 002

Directorate of Distance Education

Madurai Kamaraj University

Palkalainagar, Madurai 625 021

School of Distance Learning and Continuing Education

Kakatiya University

Warangal 506 009
