There are a very few Universities, which offer these courses, but you can study International Law which covers the Laws you have mentioned.

Eligibility: LL. B with at least 45% marks

Admission: Through qualifying in CAT and then Group discussion and interview.

CAT is conducted in February. Notification is published in October.
