You will not have much of a problem to get a job as you have a B. Sc. in Physics. But well, to make a very good career in IT, you need to have any of the following, even if you don't have an engineering degree.

MCA

MIT (Master of Information Technology)

PGDIT (Post Graduate Diploma in IT) preferably from IIITs

or any equivalent degree/diploma. Please remember, you have to get enrolled

in a good institution.

You can also make a very good career if you have an M. Sc. in Physics with C-DAC or a set of high tech skills in IT.
