To be a Bank Manager you have to complete your graduation and give entrance exams.

You will have to work as a Probationary Officer for 2-4 years and to reach managerial position you will have to give internal (Scale officer) exams.

To become a bank manager you need to appear for IBPS PO or SBI PO or other officers level exams conducted by IBPS, SBI or other banks.
