I would like to work for the health sector. However, I do not have the aptitude for an MBBS. What are my career opportunities?

Today you do not need to be a doctor to be lucratively employed by the health sector. There are various career options available today like Hospital Management. As a hospital manager, you will provide all non-medical back-up services needed for general management. A three-year undergraduate course in hospital administration is available at various colleges and so is an MBA in hospital management. Alternatively careers as a Dietician, Counseling Social worker, Special educator, Optometrist, Physiotherapist, Lab technologist, Occupational therapist, Speech therapist and the like also exist. You can also make a career in Homeopathy, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Audiology.
