You have to first register with ICAI which is the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, this institute conduct the course

After your class Xth, you can register for the Foundation Exam at www.icai.org. However you can appear in the Foundation Exam only after you have appeared for your HSC.

After clearing your Foundation Exam, you can register for Intermediate Examination. In addition to Articleship a student must complete four Weeks Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft skills (ICITSS) then finally register for the final course. And finally after clearing the final exam, you can finally enroll for membership at the Institute, and be called a Chartered Accountant.
