As mentioned earlier, you have to go college only after seat allotment. Some colleges are asking for registration, this could be their individual requirement which could be mandatory. You may have to give them the details. No harm in that.

The following is the detailed schedule for rounds 1 and 2 of NEET 2017 counselling:

1. Registration, choice filling and indicative seat- July 3 to July 11 (until 5 pm)
2. Choice filling and locking- July 12 (until 5 pm)
3. Seat allotment- July 13 and 14
4. Results- July 15
5. Reporting at the allotted medical or dental college- July 16 to July 22 (until 5 pm)

So to answer your question, you will have to go to the college only after you are allotted a medical college.

No...actually I mean to say that the colleges I am selecting for choice filling ...do I need to also register at their websites individually ?? Or I can get admission on the basis of my rank by only selecting in Choice filling ...coz some colleges websites are showing registration option in which u have to fill details about your neet result like rank ..marks ...n all
